Joe Biden wins the US presidential election

Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden was able to get the 270 electoral votes needed to win the election.

Joe Biden has come out on top in most of the key states. So far, this does not mean an official victory: the electoral college will elect the US president on December 14.

Moreover, the current US President Donald Trump is going to challenge the election results in courts. But the chances are high that Biden will become the next president of the United States.

Biden stressed that more than 74 million people have already supported him – more than ever before in US history. The former vice president also noted that he would not allow anyone to suspend the vote count.

Joe Biden allowed receiving 300 electoral votes

The candidate separately noted that he is preparing to receive more than 300 electoral votes, while only 270 are needed to win the election. According to him, this can happen, as the Democrats win the elections in the state of Arizona and increase the advantage in Nevada, and are also going to win in Georgia and Pennsylvania.

Biden also said that American voters gave him a mandate on issues such as coronavirus, the economy, and climate change. He added that the people of the United States of different races, faiths, and religions have made it clear that they want unification, not polarization of the country.

Trump has no plans to end the fight

Biden’s main rival, the current US President Donald Trump, in turn, said that he would continue to fight for the country and would never give up on this path. He noted that he will fight for the country’s residents and by all legal means intends to ensure that “illegal ballots” are not taken into account when counting votes. At the same time, Trump emphasized that he met resistance from the Democrats to this basic principle of democracy.

The American leader also warned Biden against making illegal statements about winning the presidential election. He stressed that he himself can also declare victory and threatened that “the court proceedings are just beginning.” It is through the court that he intends to achieve the return of his leading position.

The counting of votes in elections is not over yet

The US presidential election was held on November 3, but the winner has not yet been officially announced. In a number of states, the counting of votes continues, and candidates are divided by shares of a percentage.

According to the estimates of the American media, Biden is leading in terms of the electoral votes: he has 264 or 253. If the first option, for example, is followed by The Wall Street Journal, then the second – by NBC News. The difference is associated with the voting in the state of Arizona: part of the press believes that it has already “moved” to Biden, despite the fact that the counting in the region has not yet been completed. At the same time, Trump now has 214 electoral votes.

The American leader declared himself the winner on the night of November 4, and later accused the Democrats of trying to “steal the elections” and manipulating of voting by mail. Trump’s headquarters has repeatedly demanded that the counting of ballots sent to election commissions by mail after election day be stopped since it considers this practice illegal. In addition, it was the processing of these voices that propelled Biden forward in several states.

In several states, Republican lawsuits were dismissed, and the counting continued. At the same time, the US Supreme Court seized some of the ballots in Pennsylvania at their request. According to the decree, state election commissions should separate ballots that arrived at polling stations after their closure on November 3, and keep their count separately from the rest. Election commissions will have to comply with this requirement pending further court orders.

Observers have identified fraudulent elections

American judicial observers published a comparison of demographic statistics and voter ballot registration data. In the course of the study, experts have identified almost two million fraud with the votes of the electorate.

It turned out that in 353 counties in 29 US states, 1.8 million more ballots were registered than citizens who have the right to vote, and in some states, this figure was almost doubled: in Texas, 187 ballots were recorded per 100 voters. New Mexico has 177, and South Dakota 171.
