The Dimitrovgrad Automotive Aggregate Plant (DAAZ, part of KamAZ) entered into an agreement with the Industrial Development Fund to provide a preferential loan of 3.3 billion rubles.
KamAZ will produce suspension parts for Lada, Moskvich and Atom
These funds will be used to expand production, within the framework of which they will launch the production of suspension parts (subframes and levers) for Russian passenger cars – Lada, Moskvich and the future Atom.
According to the governor of the Ulyanovsk region, Alexey Russkikh, the total investment in the project will amount to 4.2 billion rubles. The new production will create 450 jobs in the region.
