Kojima Productions to Celebrate Its 1st Anniversary with ‘Exciting News’

Independent studio Kojima Productions in the Japanese and English versions of its official microblog recalled the upcoming anniversary and talked about plans to celebrate it.

The newest incarnation of Kojima Productions was established on December 16, 2015. Thus, on December 16, 2020, that is, tomorrow, exactly five years will pass since the company was founded.

Kojima Productions decided to mark the significant date with some “exciting news” concerning the studio. The announcement will be made on December 16 at 8:00 Moscow time.

Recall that at the end of October, Kojima Productions confirmed the development of the next game, and in mid-July, it allowed the release of its experimental action game Death Stranding on the PlayStation 5.
