This is a smartphone on an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, but without a single top-end sensor and a main lens with 35 mm EGF
A few days ago, Nubia introduced the flagship model Nubia Z50S Pro. This smartphone is built on the top SoC Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Advanced Edition, the creators of the device call its camera among the advantages. But in reality, the camera does not have a single top-end sensor, and the focal length of the lens of the main module is 35 mm against the standard 24 mm.
The main sensor in this model is the Sony IMX800. The sensor, of course, is of high quality, but not the top one – not the IMX890, and even more so not the inch IMX989. How does such a smartphone shoot? Judging by the live photos posted by the insider Ice Universe, it’s pretty good.

The pictures are bright and juicy. Alas, all of them were made with a lot of light, so the quality of night shooting “left behind the scenes”. However, the presence of an F/1.59 lens gives hope that the sensor will get enough light when shooting at night.
