Dragami Games has confirmed that the highly anticipated remaster of Lollipop Chainsaw, titled Lollipop Chainsaw RePop, will be released uncensored. Producer Yoshimi Yasuda revealed that the game will feature two distinct modes: RePop Mode and Original Mode.
RePop Mode: A Less Violent Experience
RePop Mode offers a toned-down version of the game, featuring artistic effects for damage instead of explicit violence. This mode is designed for players who prefer a less intense experience.
Original Mode: A Faithful Reproduction
However, for those seeking the original, uncensored experience, Original Mode is the way to go. Yasuda emphasized that Original Mode remains true to the original version in every way, from violent expressions and scene direction to character design, movements, cartoon-style intros, achievements, and conquests.

Yasuda further clarified that the Original Mode submitted for approval did not receive any censorship requests from platform owners. This means that players can expect the same level of content and intensity as the original game.
