No wires need to be connected to this video card.
Asus, as part of one of the events, demonstrated a new version of the GeForce RTX 4070 that does not require any wires to be connected. The company said that the mass production of such 3D accelerators will start in the fall.

Recall that the “wireless” GeForce RTX 4070 was first shown in May this year as part of the Computex 2023 exhibition. Such a video card is equipped with an additional interface through which it receives the necessary power. The connector for connection is located behind the PCI Express connector, and up to 600 W of power can be transmitted through it. In other words, the circuit looks like this: additional power is connected to the motherboard, and it transfers power to the video card through a special connector. Of course, without the appropriate motherboard, nothing will work.
At Computex 2023, Asus demonstrated the “wireless” GeForce RTX 4070 Megalodon in the traditional version, and now showed the version in white.
