Media service Megogo has opened two esports channels dedicated to CS: GO and Dota 2

Media service Megogo launched two interactive channels dedicated to e-sports at once. This news was commented on in an interview with Vedomosti by the general director of the service, Viktor Chekanov. Both channels concern the creations of Valve Software: if the Cybersport 1 channel is dedicated to the popular Counter-Strike: Global Offensive shooter, then Cybersport 2 is no less popular than MOBA Dota 2.

Mr. Chekanov specified that Megogo is implementing these projects together with the European company Main cast. The partner is engaged in the production and supply of e-sports materials for the mentioned channels. In particular, the channels offer e-sports tournaments and studio broadcasts with experts and guests, exclusive programs (for example, Power Ranking with commentator Vitaly V1lat Volochay), news from the world of e-sports, and the like.

According to Viktor Chekanov, all these materials will attract a new young audience, which is very interesting for advertisers. Among the key advantages of the new Megogo channels compared with other streaming platforms, the video service names, in particular, the ability to broadcast tournaments in resolutions up to 4K.
