MediaTek is in the lead, and Qualcomm is once again beating Apple.

Samsung has only 4% of the market

MedaiTek continues to lead the SoC market for smartphones. According to the results of the first quarter, it occupies 32% of the market. 

MediaTek is in the lead, and Qualcomm is once again beating Apple.

Qualcomm, after an unsuccessful fourth quarter of 2022, regained second place with a 28% share. However, in annual terms, the share of the company still fell by six percentage points. 

Third place with a share of 26% is held by Apple, followed by Unisoc and Samsung with 8% and 4%, respectively. At the same time, both companies showed a decline in their market share in annual terms, and in quarterly Samsung’s share fell by half.
