Based on Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1
Mobvoi introduced the TicWatch Pro 5 smart watch, the main feature of which was the Snapdragon W5 + Gen 1 single-chip system. Thanks to it and its 4 nm manufacturing process, the new Mobvoi smart watch can, according to the manufacturer, work up to 80 hours in normal mode. Of course, such an operating time is also due to a very large battery with a capacity of 628 mAh.
There is also a special mode in which autonomy reaches 45 days, but the device actually turns into a regular watch. Complementing the picture is fast charging, which is capable of replenishing the charge from 0% to 65% in 30 minutes.
TicWatch Pro 5 also boasts a dual screen. The main one is a 1.47-inch AMOLED panel with a resolution of 466 x 466 pixels, and the second one is a segmented monochrome Ultra Low Power Display screen. It is thanks to him that the watch can work up to 45 days from a single charge, but not only. 80 hours of autonomy in the main mode is also partly the merit of the second display. The fact is that it plays the role of a substitute for the Always OnDisplay function here. It is this screen that is activated when the user raises their hand to see the time. The main display only turns on when the watch is manually activated.

This screen has at least one more useful and original function. During running (and possibly other workouts), the backlight of the display changes color depending on which heart rate zone the user is in. It is very comfortable.
The Verge journalist said that in his use case, the watch worked on a charge for 48-60 hours, that is, two to three days. In his case, it was about active notifications, 45-60 minutes of activity and GPS per day. If the GPS module in the watch is not useful to someone, he may well count on approximately the same declared 80 hours.
You can also note Wi-Fi 4, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, a crown as a control element, a microphone, protection against water (5ATM) and physical impact (MIL-STD-810H), 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of flash memory and Wear OS 3 as a software platform.
The watch has dimensions of 50 x 48 x 12.2 mm and weighs 44.3 g. They ask for $350 for a novelty.
