Modder replaces protagonist in Resident Evil 3 remake with RE Village’s Lady Dimitrescu

The Resident Evil 3 remake managed to receive many modifications that changed the appearance of the central character. Instead of Jill Valentine, enthusiasts added Ellie from The Last of Us Part II, Aerith from the updated Final Fantasy VII, and even a character from Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. And now her place can be taken by Alsina Dimitrescu – one of the main characters of the fresh Resident Evil Village.

The author released the corresponding modification under the pseudonym Raq. He took the resources (model and textures) of Lady Dimitrescu from the eighth part of the series and used them in his project. The enthusiast even took care of the correct physics of the lady’s developing dress. But the woman’s height will be the same as that of Jill Valentine because otherwise, she would not have been able to enter most doorways in the Resident Evil 3 remake. In addition, Raq warned of an error when Alsina Dimitrescu’s legs cut through the texture of the dress. At the moment, the author does not know how to deal with the problem.
