Today in China, the official premiere of another “ultra” took place – this time the folding smartphone Moto Razr 40 Ultra. In the new generation, the clamshell has become much more convenient due to the noticeably increased external screen – its diagonal is 3.6 inches. And for the first time, the frame rate of the outdoor display of a smartphone of this form factor is 144 Hz. The resolution is 1066 x 1056 pixels, the outer display is protected by tempered glass Gorilla Glass 7.
Outdoor and indoor display panels – pOLED. The internal screen is characterized by a diagonal of 6.9 inches, Full HD + resolution, a frame rate of 165 Hz and a peak brightness of 1400 cd / sq.m.
The main camera has two sensors. The main one is 64-megapixel with OIS, the secondary one is 13-megapixel with an ultra wide-angle lens. The front camera is with a 32-megapixel sensor. Moto Razr 40 Ultra is equipped with stereo speakers and supports Dolby Atmos.

The hardware basis of the smartphone is SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1, supplemented by 8/12 GB of RAM and 256/512 GB of flash memory. The battery capacity was 3800 mAh, it supports 33 W charging. The OS is Android 13 with MYUI 6.0 interface.
Moto Razr 40 Ultra also received a side fingerprint scanner, IP52 protection, 5G modem, WiFi-6E and Bluetooth 5.3 adapters, NFC chip, USB-C port.
The novelty will go on sale in three colors and two configurations: 8/256 GB for $800 and 12/512 GB for $900
