Galaxy S23 won’t have Wi-Fi 7 support, but Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra will, according to new data
Having seen enough of the renderings of Samsung Galaxy S23 phones , now you can evaluate the new data on the cost of smartphones. They were published by an insider under the nickname RGCloudS.
He notes that prices may be adjusted closer to the release of the phones , but at the moment they look like this (prices are for the US):
- Galaxy S23 8/128 GB: $800;
- Galaxy S23 8/256GB: $850;
- Galaxy S23 Plus 8/128 GB: $1,000;
- Galaxy S23 Plus 8/256GB: $1,050;
- Galaxy S23 Ultra 8/256 GB: $1,250;
- Galaxy S23 Ultra: 12/512 GB: $1,350;
- Galaxy S23 Ultra 12GB/1TB: $1,500
The informant notes that the base Galaxy S23, unlike the Galaxy S23 Plus and Galaxy S23 Ultra, will not support Wi-Fi 7. But support for UWB communication will be in all models of the series. The insider also says that the delivery of phones in exclusive colors (these are usually sold by Samsung itself through the official website and its stores), as well as the Galaxy S23 Ultra with 1 TB of flash memory, may be delayed by 2-6 weeks.
Back in mid-September, RGcloudS predicted the mass appearance of flagships with LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 memory, the use of additional chips in smartphones to process data from cameras and screens with an increased PWM frequency.
