Such COs are usually less efficient and noisier than modern classic solutions, but they blow air out of the PC case. If several such cards are used in one case, this has a positive effect on the temperature inside the case.
Neither Asus, nor MSI, nor Gigabyte offer such GeForce RTX 4070.
Such cards rarely appear now and are primarily aimed at professional use in clusters with a large number of adapters in one PC. For gamers, such solutions do not carry any advantages.
Moreover, this particular card in China costs about $965, which is significantly more than the recommended price.
