Nioh 2 developers have promised to share fresh news about the game on November 13
The Japanese studio Team Ninja in its official microblog has warned that the next portion of new information about the samurai action movie Nioh 2 will not wait long.
According to the message published on Monday, the promised announcement will be made next Friday, that is, November 13. What exactly Team Ninja is preparing players for is unknown at this stage.
The most obvious option is details about the third and final planned add-on for Nioh 2. It’s been almost a month since the second was released, and more than three since the first.
In the comments to the post, users also expressed hope for confirmation of versions for PC and/or Xbox One. Recall that the GameSpot portal is confident that Nioh 2 will appear on the PC before the end of this year.
In addition, the likelihood of the release of Nioh 2 on the next-generation consoles cannot be ruled out: Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S are already on sale, and the launch of the PlayStation 5 is expected on November 12 (and a week later in Russia).
Nioh 2 went on sale on March 13 this year, exclusively for the PlayStation 4. By mid-May, the samurai action game was sold around the world in the amount of over 1 million copies.
Previously, Nioh 2 director and producer Fumihiko Yasuda spoke about the possible entourage of a potential third part of the series: Irish and Celtic mythology, the era of the Three Kingdoms, and the events of the Bakumatsu era.
