Nonviolent stealth game El Hijo: A Wild West Tale hits consoles next week
Publisher HandyGames on its official website announced the exact date of the console versions of the non-violent stealth game El Hijo: A Wild West Tale from the Berlin studio Honig.
Recall that initially, El Hijo’s release: A Wild West Tale on consoles was planned simultaneously with the edition for PC and Google Stadia but was delayed without explanation.
As it became known, El Hijo: A Wild West Tale will go on sale for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch on March 25 this year. Despite the proximity of the premiere, pre-orders are not yet available.
El Hijo: A Wild West Tale is expected to cost $ 20 on consoles – at least at that price, Honig Studios sells a non-violent stealth game on PC (449 rubles on Steam and GOG ).
El Hijo’s story: A Wild West Tale begins with bandits attacking the farm of the protagonist, a six-year-old boy. Mom leaves her son in a secluded monastery, but the child decides to run away and find a parent.
As you progress to the finale, the young protagonist gains self-confidence and becomes more cunning. The developers promise an “epic journey” and “exciting storyline” and the organic development of gameplay mechanics.
El Hijo: A Wild West Tale debuted in December 2020 on PC (Steam, GOG) and Google Stadia. The project was received relatively warmly by journalists: the average rating on Metacritic is 74% out of 100.
