NVIDIA showed a unique GeForce RTX 3080 in Overwatch style
The Chinese office of NVIDIA showed a unique version of the GeForce RTX 3080 graphics accelerator, made in the theme of the popular online shooter Overwatch. Photos of the video card were posted on the Weibo social network.
The video card belongs to the Founders Edition series. No changes were made to the standard cooling system. The differences are noticeable only in the external design – the card is painted in a bright golden hue, with the image of the game’s character, Tracer, on the back.
Nothing is known about the characteristics of the video card. Whether any manipulations were carried out with the operating frequencies of the graphics processor, the manufacturer does not report. However, he points out that representatives of the GeForce Garage program participated in creating the video card, who worked on custom NVIDIA models.
The source did not say who can become the owner of such a video card. Perhaps it will be a participant in one of the many Overwatch tournaments held in China.
This is not the first time NVIDIA has released design-unique products. Last year, the company introduced the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti in the Cyberpunk 2077 style, and later – the GeForce RTX 3080 in the same theme. Both video cards were raffled off among users of Chinese social networks.
