From this day, to-do lists will no longer be synchronized
The team of the once-popular and famous task manager Wunderlist reminded its users that since May 6, 2020, the service will be finally closed.

One day left to move to Microsoft. Legendary Wunderlist Scheduler Closes May 6
After May 6, to-do lists on Wunderlist will no longer sync. The service closes because 6Wunderkinder was acquired by Microsoft and decided to develop its own service, Microsoft To-Do. Since the announcement in April 2017, Microsoft To-Do has significantly expanded its functionality, gaining a number of Wunderlist features and deeper integration with branded services, including Outlook, Microsoft Planner, and Cortana.
Wunderlist users are encouraged to transfer their tasks and lists to the Microsoft To-Do application. This can be done after May 6, until June 30. To do this, you need to perform the following procedure:
- Download and install the Microsoft To-Do application.
- Log in with your Microsoft account.
- Click the Microsoft To-Do pop-up window or go to the “Options” section and select “Import.”
The Microsoft To-Do application has many Wunderlist features, including folders, subtasks, file attachments, sharing lists, a dark mode, and much more.
Of course, importing Wunderlist lists is offered not only by Microsoft To-Do but also by a number of competing schedulers and task managers. However, the service team, now working at Microsoft, recommends switching to a proprietary solution.
