The design of the device shows continuity with the mid-budget Nord. Unlike the current flagship OnePlus 8, the 8T will offer users a flat bezel with no curled edges. The device will boast a 6.55-inch AMOLED display with a small circular cutout for the front camera in the upper left corner. The Full HD + screen will be surrounded by very thin bezels, and its refresh rate will be 120 Hz. As a reminder, the OnePlus 8’s screen is refreshed at 90Hz. Unfortunately, the exact dimensions of the device are unknown. The smartphone is supposed to be slightly wider than the OnePlus 8.

The main camera unit of the OnePlus 8T will strongly resemble that of the Samsung Galaxy S20. The main sensor will boast a resolution of 48 megapixels and will be complemented by 16-, 5- and 2-megapixel sensors. The front camera will be represented by a 32-megapixel module.

The smartphone will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor, with 8GB of RAM as standard. It is assumed that the most advanced version will carry 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of permanent memory onboard, the expansion of which is not provided.
