The novelty has been exclusive to China for over half a year

The Oppo Band line of fitness bracelets was introduced in China back in June last year, but the devices were not sold in other countries until that moment. Now, the Oppo Band is preparing to release in Europe, as indicated by the fact that the new items appeared in the European Economic Community database.

The Oppo Band has a 126 x 294-pixel, 1.1-inch AMOLED display covering 100% of the P3’s color gamut. The screen is protected by stylish 2.5D curved glass. The bracelet can connect with smartphones running Android 6.0, iOS 10.0, or newer versions of these operating systems via Bluetooth 5.0. It is powered by the Apollo 3 SoC, which is also found in the Oppo Watch.

The main features of the Oppo Band include 12 sports modes, heart rate monitor, blood oxygen saturation sensor, call, and message notifications, app notifications, music control, weather, stopwatch, alarm, find your phone, waterproof (5ATM), and even NFC (Oppo only Band Fashion) for contactless payments.

Oppo claims a 14-day battery life when fully charged. The battery has a capacity of 100 mAh, and a full charge via the Pogo charger takes 1.5 hours.
