Recall that the introductory edition of the cooperative shooter is available from February 25 and offers to go through the introductory chapter of the story campaign – this is about three hours of gameplay.

As it became known, over the past week since the release of the demo, more than 2 million people decided to try Outriders. In anticipation of the full-fledged launch, the developers hope to meet many more newcomers to the game.

At the start of the trial version, users experienced connection problems – the system could not cope with the influx of people who wanted to. The developers took into account the flaw and promised that the situation would not happen again.

As for the updates, today, the demo will receive a small patch, which is intended to make changes to the balance (captains, Gauss, loot) and gameplay based on the first feedback from the players.

A larger patch will be released early next week for the demo, which includes motion blur and several fixes and improvements for PCs and consoles.

Outriders will go on sale April 1 this year for PC (Steam, Epic Games Store), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and S, as well as Google Stadia. The game claims crossplay between all target platforms.
