PlayStation Network users are reporting accounts being blocked without warning or explanation from Sony.
According to Rozetked, dozens of complaints appeared on X, Reddit and the ResetEra forum. User accounts are blocked without explanation, and they do not receive notification of this by email.
PlayStation users report permanent bans without explanation from Sony
Reports come from the US, Europe and Australia. It is not yet clear on what principle the blocking occurs. Users confirm that they cannot appeal the blocking or withdraw money from the wallet.
The support service works intermittently due to the large influx of users. One of them received the following response: “This account has been permanently suspended from PlayStation Network due to violations of the PlayStation Network Terms of Service and User Agreement.”
Sony has not yet commented on the situation.
