Mishal Rahman, editor-in-chief of the authoritative resource XDA Developers, on his page on the social network Twitter posted information about the new smartphone company Poco, which is separated from Xiaomi.
Poco F2 Pro – Really Renamed Redmi K30 Pro
Although to be more precise, it is difficult to name the device as a new smartphone, because in fact, we are talking about a renamed version of the previously released Redmi K30 Pro. In the Poco line, the device will be presented under the name Poco F2 Pro. This information is confirmed in the list of supported smartphones of the Google Play service.
Earlier, the Poco X2 smartphone was introduced, which turned out to be a renamed version of the Redmi K30 4G for the Indian market. At one time, Poco F1 was considered the most affordable or even a popular flagship equipped with the flagship single-chip Snapdragon 845 system. The Redmi K30 Pro also became the most affordable modern flagship, but already based on the Snapdragon 865. This is another indirect evidence that the new product will be released under the name Poco F2 in India.
It is worth noting that a month ago, the CEO of Poco India, Chandolu Manmohan (Chandolu Manmohan) said that the Poco F2 will not be simply renamed Redmi K30 Pro.
