AvtoVAZ officially confirmed previously published rumors that the plant is expanding the range of configurations for the Niva Travel SUV with a new top-end version.
In April 2023, a special model for hockey fans, the Lada Niva Travel KHL, went on sale.
Lada Niva Travel KHL was created on the basis of the maximum Luxe configuration and is distinguished by the exclusive symbols of the “League” on the pillar and sills of the body and the presence of additional accessories. The set of accessories includes interior and trunk mats, an organizer bag for placement in the left or right trunk niches. For fans who prefer active recreation, there is a trunk carpet apron that can be used to cover the bumper of the car when loading or unloading, as well as a backpack and a thermal mug with special series logos.

The manufacturer confirmed that the car received heated seats and a windshield, a rear-view camera with a washer, air conditioning, a multimedia system, parking sensors. Also, Lada Niva Travel KHL received an Off-road package, which includes a snorkel and anthracite alloy wheels with off-road tires.
