Protected smartphone Oukitel WP10 received an 8000 mAh battery and 5G support
The Chinese company Oukitel has announced the WP10 smartphone, which, according to the set of characteristics, is said to be unparalleled in the commercial market today.
The device is enclosed in a ruggedized case, made in accordance with IP68 and MIL-STD-810G standards. The device is not afraid of shocks, falls from a height of one and a half meters, and immersion underwater to a depth of one and a half meters.
Another feature of the novelty is a very large capacity battery of 8000 mAh. This battery will last for two days of full active use.
Finally, support for fifth-generation mobile networks has been implemented. The corresponding functionality is provided by a 5G modem integrated into the eight-core MediaTek Dimensity 800 processor. The declared data transfer rate in cellular networks can reach 2.5 Gbps.
The smartphone is equipped with a 6.67-inch Full HD + display with a small hole for a selfie camera. The quad rear camera combines a 48MP main sensor, a 13MP unit with wide-angle optics, and a pair of 2MP sensors.
The Oukitel WP10 model will go on sale in the near future. The developer will announce the price, as well as the amount of RAM and the capacity of the flash drive later.
