Firmware updates are already available for download.
Ricoh Imaging has published new firmware versions for three camera models. In the case of the Pentax K-1 camera, this is version 1.53, in the case of the Pentax K-1 Mark II camera – version 1.05, in the case of the Pentax K-3 camera – version 1.41.
Ricoh Imaging adds support for the HD Pentax-D FA * 85mm F1.4ED SDM AW lens to Pentax K-1, K-1 Mark II, and K-3 cameras
In all three firmware, the only innovation is the addition of support for the HD Pentax-D FA * 85mm F1.4ED SDM AW lens, introduced in late May. Its sales begin this month. In addition, as usual, the description of the updates says that they “increase the overall stability of the work.”
