Rumors: release of at least Steam version of Outriders will be postponed to February 2, 2021

A user of the ResetEra forum under the pseudonym AshenOne noticed that the Outriders co-op shooter pre-order kit on Steam has an exact release date.

Recall that initially, the premiere of the new People Can Fly game was expected this summer, but later the release was postponed closer to the launch of the next-generation consoles – to the so-called holiday period (November-December).

In the near future, apparently, another delay awaits Outriders: according to information on Steam, now the release of the project is scheduled for February 2, 2021. Whether the change will affect versions for other platforms is unknown.

According to an entry on the website of the unofficial Steam database, the version of Outriders for the Valve digital store received a new release date less than a day ago. If we are not talking about an error, the official confirmation should not take long.

Outriders take place in a fantasy world engulfed in war. The developers promise dynamic battles, role-playing elements, and four unique character classes.

Outriders are being created for PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Google Stadia. At the same time, the version for the Google cloud service is planned for release in 2021.

According to the co-founder of People Can Fly Adrian Chmielarz, from the “star” line-up of the studio of the times of Painkiller and Bulletstorm, none of the creative leaders remained in the team by now.
