Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and S7 + specs confirmed: both powered by Snapdragon 865+

Samsung plans to host the Galaxy Unpacked event as early as next week, August 5th. The event is expected to feature the Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphones, Galaxy Watch 3 smartwatches, Galaxy Buds Live wireless earbuds, and two Tab S7 flagship tablets, whose specifications were revealed today on the Google Play console.

Of course, almost all device specifications have previously been disclosed by numerous leaks, but the information published in the search giant’s database can be taken as true. Anyone interested in buying a Galaxy Tab S7 or S7 + will certainly appreciate the fact that both devices will be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chipset, which offers uncompromising performance. According to data from the console, the amount of RAM of the younger device will be 6 GB, while the Plus version will boast 8 GB of RAM.

As previously reported, the 12.4-inch display of the Galaxy Tab S7 + will have a resolution of 2800 × 1752 pixels, while the regular S7 will be content with a resolution of 2560 × 1600 pixels on an 11-inch screen. Recall that the base model, judging by the previous leaks, will have an IPS-matrix, while the Tab S7 + has an AMOLED panel.

Both devices will boast improved work with the proprietary S-Pen stylus, the responsiveness of which comes very close to the Apple Pencil. Both devices will run Android 10.
