In April, the South Korean manufacturer Samsung took third place in terms of sales of smart cellular devices in Russia for the first time in several years. The leader then became Huawei with the Honor brand, and the “silver” went to the Chinese Xiaomi.

At the end of May, Samsung was able to regain its second place in the ranking of leading suppliers, pushing Xiaomi to the third line. At the same time, the leadership still belonged to Huawei.

And now it is reported that Samsung managed to regain its first position in the smartphone market in our country in June and July. So, in June the share of Samsung in physical terms was 26%, and Honor – 23%. In the past month, the gap widened even more: Samsung’s market share in pieces exceeded 30%, while Honor’s was just over 20%.

It is noted that the strengthening of Samsung’s position is due to the emergence of new models of smartphones and an increase in marketing activity. In June, the most popular device in our country was the Samsung Galaxy A51, and the second place was taken by the Galaxy A10 smartphone.
