Samsung, is this really a flagship platform?

But the competitors of the Galaxy S24 will be built on the much more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3

According to rumors, Samsung will use its own Exynos 2400 single-chip system in the latest flagships Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus, and only the Galaxy S24 Ultra will receive the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. The Exynos 2400 premiere may take place today, but the result of the first test of the platform has already appeared on the Internet, and, judging by it, the new Samsung platform will not even reach the level of the current Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

Samsung, is this a flagship platform?

True, so far there is only a test of the Exynos 2400 GPU. In the Powerboard 4.0 benchmark, the Samsung Galaxy S24 built on the Exynos 2400 scored 1656 points, and the Galaxy S23 scored 1746 points in the same benchmark.

Yes, you can make an allowance for the fact that the final version of the Exynos 2400 has not yet been tested, but we are talking about future flagships that will receive a much more powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. So the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus may be noticeably inferior in performance compared to other top 2024 models.
