Samsung to launch Galaxy Book Flex 5G convertible laptop
Samsung is preparing a new two-in-one laptop that can be used as a traditional laptop and as a pen tablet.
According to the resource LetsGoDigital, the South Korean giant has sent an application for registration of the Galaxy Book Flex 5G trademark to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). It is under this name that a new laptop-transformer is expected to enter the commercial market.
The 5G prefix in the name clearly indicates the possibility of working in fifth-generation mobile networks. So far, however, it is not clear on what hardware platform the device will be executed.
It is noted that the novelty will receive a touchscreen display rotating 360 degrees. Users will be able to interact with this panel using their fingers and the proprietary S Pen.
Resource LetsGoDigital adds that the official presentation of the convertible laptop Samsung Galaxy Book Flex 5G may take place this fall.
