Samsung unveils Galaxy F12 – $ 150 smartphone with quad camera and powerful battery
Samsung has announced the affordable Galaxy F12 smartphone featuring a 6.5-inch HD + Infinity-V display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels and a refresh rate of 90 Hz.
The device is equipped with a proprietary processor Exynos 850. The product combines eight ARM Cortex-A55 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz, a Mali-G52 graphics accelerator, and a 4G / LTE modem. The amount of RAM is 4 GB.
The front camera, located in a small screen notch, can produce 8MP images. The main camera has a four-component design: a 48-megapixel ISOCELL GM2 sensor, a 5-megapixel unit with wide-angle optics, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro module.
The equipment includes Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n and Bluetooth 5.0 wireless adapters, a side fingerprint scanner, a USB Type-C port, and a standard 3.5mm headphone jack. Dimensions are 164.0 x 75.9 x 9.7 mm, weight – 221 g.
The smartphone is running the Android 11 operating system with OneUI 3.1 add-on. A powerful battery with 6000 mAh is responsible for the power supply (15-watt recharging is supported).
The model came out in versions with a flash drive with a capacity of 64 and 128 GB. The price is $ 150 and $ 165, respectively.
