Samsung unveils Galaxy Fit2 fitness bracelet and Wireless Charging Trio for three devices
Samsung’s range of wearable devices has expanded with the affordable Galaxy Fit2 fitness bracelet, which will be offered in two color options – black and pink and red.
The device is endowed with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display with touch support. Responsible for power is a 159 mAh rechargeable battery, the charge of which is said to be enough for 15-21 days of operation, depending on the mode of use.
The gadget is able to record various indicators of the user’s physical activity. A heart rate sensor is provided to track changes in heart rate throughout the day.
In addition, Samsung has announced the Wireless Charging Trio. As the name reflects, the novelty is capable of simultaneously replenishing the energy supply of three gadgets: it can be, say, a smartphone, “smart” wristwatches, and a case for submersible wireless headphones.
The station uses Qi technology based on the magnetic induction method. The accessory will be available in white and black.
The price of new products and the timing of their appearance on sale have not yet been specified.
