Smart watch Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 will receive support for gesture control and fall detection
Samsung has recently released a companion application Galaxy Watch 3 Plugin, which is intended for the Galaxy Watch 3 smartwatches that have not yet been released to the market. Enthusiasts have already studied the software code of this product, thanks to which the curious features of the new smartwatches of the South Korean company have become known.
The first and most interesting innovation is support for gesture control. For example, when a call comes in, the user only needs to clench and unclench his fist to answer the call. If the user does not want to receive the call, you can shake your hand to reject it. Since the Galaxy Watch 3 has a built-in speaker, you can take calls using your smartwatch.
Another innovation concerns the function of creating screenshots. Now it will be enough to hold down both side buttons to take a screenshot. Fall detection deserves special mention, which can be useful in emergency situations. If the user falls, the watch will emit a certain signal for 60 seconds. If the watch does not receive a response within this period of time, the watch will automatically send an emergency message to the contacts that were selected in advance.
Also, enthusiasts managed to find all versions of the dial that will ship with the default smartwatch. It is noteworthy that some of them are wallpapers of the Galaxy Note 20 smartphone.
The discovered innovations indicate that the Galaxy Watch 3 will be an excellent addition to the Samsung smartwatch line.
