Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 Trailer: Ultra Long Range Shooting Physics
CI Games has released a short trailer and the first screenshots of their upcoming shooter Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2. The video plays on what CI Games describes as one of the most important gameplay changes in the second part: ultra-long range sniper shooting. The video shows a sniper firing a successful kill shot from 1506 meters away.
The game promises more accurate weapons, increased realism, and improved visuals. “The Sniper community really liked the changes we made to Contracts and the Sniper Sandboxes, but based on their feedback, we have developed a new game with very long-range attacks in mind, ” CI Games CEO Marek Tyminski said in a press release. …
“We hope to continue to develop the best sniper gameplay and take significant steps forward in creating modern, realistic gaming environments on consoles and PCs. Our team is thrilled to present the Extreme Ranged Campaign in Contracts 2, ” he added.
The game also promises expanded tactical capabilities and stealth options for two single-player campaigns; 5 different extensive maps of the conflict zone in the Middle East; 24 new contracts and a number of additional operations; a wide selection of reliable weapons and equipment; the ability to re-pass contracts in other ways to complete all tasks and receive maximum rewards. Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC ( Steam ) this winter.
The original Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts hit PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One last year. The game marked the return of the series to its roots – sniper missions with several ways to solve problems, including using gadgets: drones, sniper turrets, and gas grenades. The game has more than 3 thousand reviews on Steam, 75% of which are positive. But critics remained mostly indifferent to the project: the average score of Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts on OpenCritic is 68 points out of 100 based on 59 reviews, and only 27% of reviewers recommend the game.
