Sony to host talk show on Resident Evil Village and PS5 version of Final Fantasy VII remake, but won’t reveal anything new
Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan has announced plans to host a Play Talk Show on the PlayStation website! Play! Play !, which should make the audience “want to play.”
The aforementioned release will begin on March 21 at 14:00 Moscow time and will last exactly one hour. You can follow the development of events on the PlayStation Japan YouTube channel (the player is attached below).
The upcoming episode of Play! Play! Play! will be dedicated to two anticipated releases from Japanese developers – Resident Evil Village (Capcom) and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (Square Enix).
Resident Evil Village will be represented on the show by Development Lead Morimasa Sato and Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade by Producer Yoshinori Kitase.
What exactly will be shown from the listed projects on Play! Play! Play! It is unknown, but in the description of the broadcast, the organizers warn about the absence of any new information about the games in the event program.
Resident Evil Village’s premiere is expected on May 7 this year on PC (Steam), PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and S. An exclusive demo called Maiden is currently available on PS5.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will go on sale on June 10th exclusively for PS5. The Intergrade will include the same name episode, which will have to be purchased separately for PS4 game owners when upgrading to the PS5 version.
