Sony Xperia 1 III smartphone with 4K screen appeared on the renders

Resource @OnLeaks published on the Voice platform high-quality renders of the flagship smartphone Xperia 1 III, which Sony is expected to announce in late February or early March.

The device will reportedly receive a high-quality CinemaWide 4K HDR OLED display with very narrow bezels. The size of this panel will be 6.5 inches diagonally, and the aspect ratio is 21: 9.

The dimensions of the device are called – 161.6 × 67.3 × 8.4 mm, or 9.6 mm, taking into account the protruding unit of the multi-module rear camera. By the way, the latter will combine three image sensors (ZEISS optics are used), as well as a 3D ToF sensor to obtain information about the scene depth.

There is a side fingerprint scanner, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack, a microSD card slot, and an asymmetrical USB Type-C port.

The smartphone, of course, will be able to function in the fifth generation (5G) mobile networks. Two front speakers are mentioned.

The device will be equipped with a Snapdragon 888 processor. It contains eight cores with a frequency of up to 2.84 GHz, an Adreno 660 graphics accelerator, and a Snapdragon X60 5G modem.
