Steam is the videogame platform that has suffered the most disruptions in the last year in the US and UK. Xbox Live is worse than PS Network, for one report.
ToolTester published a report this September, in which it indicates which are the 30 websites that have suffered the most disruptions in the span of 12 months, in the period between June 2020 and June 2021. In the first place in the US we find Discord, but in second place is Steam. Xbox Live is also worse than PS Network according to the report.
As for the USA, the ranking of the sites with the greatest disruptions is composed as follows:

YouTube – 65
Microsoft Teams – 64
Xbox Live – 63
Google – 58
Twitter – 54
PS Network – 49
Snapchat – 46
As for the UK, the ranking of the sites with the greatest disruptions is as follows:
Sky – 268
Virgin Media – 235
Talk Talk – 218
Steam – 177
Discord – 140
Instagram – 111
Xbox Live – 102
Royal Mail – 99
PS Network – 90
Snapchat – 82
As you can see, in both regions Steam is the gaming platform that suffers the most disruptions, followed by Xbox Live and PS Network. Specifically, Microsoft’s service has problems with online gaming (62%), during login (30%) and with the Store (5%), in the USA. The PlayStation service, on the other hand, has problems logging in (64%), while playing (23%) and with the Store (13%). Steam, also in the US, has problems with the website (39%), with online gaming (38%) and with login (23%).
