Four 6mm diameter U-shaped heat pipes run through the aluminum radiator. Their direct contact with the chip cover improves the heat dissipation efficiency.

The radiator is blown by one 120mm fan with a nine-blade impeller and hydrodynamic bearing. The rotation speed is controlled by the method of pulse width modulation (PWM) in the range of 800-1800 rpm. The air flow reaches 65 cubic meters per hour, the pressure is up to 1.2 mm of the water column. The noise level does not exceed 23 dBA.

The novelty is equipped with ARGB-backlighting controlled through a compatible motherboard. There are 8 LEDs at the top of the heatsink, and 24 more on the fan. Thus, a total of 32 LEDs are used.

The cooler can cope with cooling processors whose TDP reaches 120W. Compatible with Intel LGA 2066/2011-V3 / 2011 / 115x / 1366/775 chips, as well as AMD AM4 / AM3 + / AM3 / AM2 + / AM2 / FM2 + / FM2 / FM1. The cooler dimensions are 127 × 156 × 76 mm.
