Vienna Apple Store opens doors today, May 5
Apple CEO Tim Cook (Tim Cook) told reporters in late April that Apple-branded stores will begin to reopen in mid-May. The coronavirus pandemic in Europe has declined and the first Apple Store in Europe will reopen its doors today, May 5th.
Symbol of the end of the pandemic. Apple opens first store in Europe ahead of schedule
The pioneer was the Apple Store in Vienna. This is the first European Apple Store to open after weeks of downtime due to the coronavirus pandemic.
At first, the store will work according to a reduced schedule – from 11:00 to 18:00 local time and with weekends on Sundays. Preventive measures will also be taken, such as social distance and restrictions on the number of visitors in the store at the same time. The requirement to wear a mask and check the inlet temperature is also reported.
The Vienna Apple Store will be the company’s first store to open after one store in South Korea and all stores in China.
