Tesla was caught in collaboration with the manufacturer of children’s smartwatches. They have a joint project

On a tip from the My Healthy Apple website, it became known that the electric car manufacturer Tesla is involved in a certain secret project together with the Norwegian company XPLORA Technologies AS. Xplora does not overlap with Tesla. The Norwegians produce smartwatches for children. However, in Xplora’s FCC filing for permission to launch smartwatches in the US, Tesla Motors is listed as a partner.

In a filing with the US Communications Commission (FCC), the Norwegians will forgive permission to sell “2AVMJX5P” products in the US. These are the X5 Play and X5 Play eSIM smartwatches for children. They allow parents to receive voice and pre-formulated text messages from their children. It seems unlikely that Tesla is hungry for a novelty, for example, for its employees. More logical is the situation in which the automaker will use the Xplora platform as the basis for the secure management of electric vehicles.

Since the Xplora watch is aimed at children, it has the highest level of protection against data eavesdropping and is extremely easy to use. This is exactly what is needed for the mass car enthusiast. The watch can be the keys to the car and remote control for remote control of some functions of the electric vehicle. You can get everything at once from one of the market participants of “smart” watches. And all the better if it is a medium-sized manufacturer. It will be much cheaper this way. I wonder what will come of it?
