The announcement of the second generation of “smart” glasses Huawei Eyewear

Last March, the Huawei Eyewear smart glasses (shown in the first image), created in collaboration with the Korean fashion brand Gentle Monster, debuted at the presentation of the Huawei P30 smartphones. And now Internet sources are reporting the preparation of a second-generation gadget.

The device is named Huawei Eyewear 2 (or Eyewear II). The online resources have already published the alleged renderings of the novelty and the accompanying case.

As you can see in the images, the device looks like regular sunglasses. Observers say the size and weight will be reduced compared to the original model.

Smart glasses Huawei Eyewear 2 are made in classic black color. Like the first generation gadget, the novelty will receive integrated speakers and microphones, which will allow you to interact with an intelligent voice assistant.

It can be seen that the case is endowed with asymmetrical USB Type-C port for recharging the built-in battery. The glasses themselves will be recharged wirelessly from inside the case.

Unfortunately, other technical characteristics of Huawei Eyewear 2 were not disclosed. It is possible that the gadget will be presented during the IFA (Internationale Funkausstellung) consumer electronics exhibition, which will be held from September 3 to 5 in Berlin.
