However, now refurbished iPhone 12 mini have appeared on the official Apple website in the US. The 256GB version costs $529. This is the only compact flagship iPhone that users can currently buy through official channels

The main reason for the abandonment of the iPhone mini line was poor sales. According to research organization Statista, in December 2020, the iPhone 12 mini accounted for only 6.5% of sales of that line. In March 2021, iPhone 12 mini sales fell further, accounting for only 4% of sales.

iPhone 13 mini is the latest model in the line. With the 14th series, Apple replaced the mini model with the Plus.
