Not only Gigabyte today surprises with an unusual video card. In the photo below, you can see the GeForce RTX 3060 in the Mini-ITX form factor, which looks like the Founders Edition reference model.
In fact, this brainchild has nothing to do with Nvidia. More precisely, technically, this is, of course, the RTX 3060, that is, an Nvidia product, but the company has nothing to do with its design. The device was created by a Reddit user under the pseudonym Clashmains_2.
The enthusiast himself created the GeForce RTX 3060 FE in the Mini-ITX form factor
He used a 3D printer to create a cooling shroud that would be very similar in design to what Nvidia makes on its Founders Edition line. The compact Gainward RTX 3060 Pegasus was taken as the basis.
The card’s native fan has been replaced with a 92mm Noctua fan, and the card has no rear panel yet. Interestingly, in practice it turned out that the video card heats up so much that the plastic casing is deformed.
