Sollers launched production of JAC turbodiesels in the summer
Details have become known about how the Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant will introduce Chinese turbodiesels into its line of cars. The information is revealed in a documentary about UAZ from 73Online.
According to the source, first the JAC turbodiesel will be installed in the UAZ Profi, and then the turn will come to the Patriot.

As reported in July, Sollers launched production of JAC turbodiesels at its plant in Yelabuga. We are talking about turbodiesels with a volume of 2 liters (130 hp and 288 N•m) and 2.7 liters (150 hp and 355 N•m). Such engines are installed on Sollers Atlant and Sollers Argo commercial vehicles.
