16 GB RAM and Snapdragon 888 – better than 12 GB RAM with Snapdragon 888 or 16 GB RAM with Exynos 2100
The team of the popular AnTuTu benchmark has published a fresh ranking of the most productive smartphones based on the Android operating system in the international market. It differs markedly from the ranking compiled by AnTuTu in China.

The top 5 is dominated by models based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC, and everyone except the leader received 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal flash memory. The first place was taken by the Asus ROG Phone 5 with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal flash memory, which scored 731,376 points. It displaced the iQOO 7 smartphone, which was in the lead in February, from first place. In third place is the Xiaomi Mi 11, which was in second place in February.
The fourth place was taken by the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G in the version based on the Snapdragon 888, and the fifth by the Oppo Find X3 Pro. The sixth place was taken by the second model in the ranking with 16 GB of RAM – Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G based on Exynos 2100. The top ten are closed by Huawei Mate 40 Pro, Asus ROG Phone 3, Galaxy S21 5G (Exynos 2100), and Oppo Find X2 Pro.
Statistics collected from March 1 to March 31, 2021. The AnTuTu ranking uses average, not the highest scores. For each smartphone, the results of at least 1000 tests were taken into account – models with fewer tests are not included in the rating.
