The current model of the iPhone SE is endowed with a 4.7-inch Retina HD display (1334 × 750 pixels), a single 12-megapixel camera, an A13 Bionic processor, and a Touch ID sensor integrated into the home button. The amount of flash memory reaches 256 GB.

The future iPhone SE device, according to the analyst, will receive a 6.06-inch screen, but its resolution has not yet been specified. Support for fifth-generation (5G) mobile networks will appear, and a dual-camera will be located in the back of the case.

It is known that the novelty will retain the Touch ID sensor for user identification by fingerprints. In this case, the location of the sensor may change: it can be moved to the side of the case in order to reduce the overall dimensions.

The smartphone is expected to hit the commercial market under the iPhone SE Plus name. True, the official presentation will supposedly take place only in the second half of next year.

We add that according to the results of the third quarter of this year, the iPhone SE was in second place in the ranking of the best-selling smartphones after the iPhone 11.
