The Ninja Gaiden compilation on PC will not have keyboard and mouse support, and graphics settings
With Ninja Gaiden’s release: Master Collection, the main series of action-adventure games is coming to PC for the first time. Previously, Koei Tecmo confirmed that re-releases would work in resolutions up to 4K @ 60fps. But according to PC Gamer’s interview with producer Fumihiko Yasuda, the PC version won’t be able to customize the graphics.
Ninja Gaiden 2PC Gamer asked Yasudu if Ninja Gaiden’s ports on PC would include features such as 120fps support and ultra-wide resolutions.
“The Steam version does not have advanced graphics options, but it runs at 1080p @ 60fps, and if the hardware requirements are met, it will automatically run in 4K @ 60fps,” he replied. ” Resolutions and frame rates can fluctuate during gameplay, and of course, players will need a 4K TV or monitor to play in 4K. “
And this is not the only drawback of the PC version. Yasuda also said that Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection will not support keyboard and mouse controls but will only work with a gamepad. As a result, the only hope remains for custom modifications. However, nothing new: in the past, PC players had to fix low-quality versions of Dark Souls, NieR: Automata, and other Japanese projects.
Ninja Gaiden: Master Collection contains Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, and Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor’s Edge. The collection will be released on June 10 on PC, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One.
