The upcoming flagship OnePlus 9 Pro showed up in live photos
The past year has been pretty rich in new items from OnePlus. In addition to the flagship OnePlus 8 and 8T series, the company has launched the Nord family of more affordable devices. It is expected that in the near future the company’s portfolio will expand with flagship smartphones OnePlus 9, one of which appeared today in live pictures.
As is often the case, the yet unannounced smartphone was spotted on the Chinese subway. In general, the design of one of the representatives of the OnePlus 9 family is almost completely consistent with what we have already seen on the previously published renders. We should also note the interesting mirror design of the case.
The main camera, consisting of four sensors, is inscribed in a rectangular block, similar to that of the OnePlus 8T, but enlarged in size. It is likely that this is the most advanced device in the family, the OnePlus 9 Pro, since the working prototype of the OnePlus 9, which was previously listed for sale on eBay, has a more modest set of sensors for the main camera. It is assumed that the series will include two or three devices.
Predictably, the OnePlus 9 Pro will be based on Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 888 processor. As for the more affordable OnePlus 9, there were earlier rumors that it could receive last year’s Snapdragon 865+, although it seems more likely now that the device will use the recently introduced Snapdragon 870. The OnePlus 9 family is expected to be presented in March.
