The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Will Be Improved For Next Generation Consoles And PC
CD Projekt and CD Projekt RED have announced that an enhanced version of the action RPG The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will be released on the next-generation consoles – PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.
The next-generation version has been designed to take advantage of the upcoming consoles. The new edition will include a number of visual and technical improvements, including ray tracing and faster loading times in the base game, expansions, and all additional content.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Next Generation Edition will be released in 2021 as a standalone version on PC, Xbox Series X, and PlayStation 5, as well as a free update for anyone who already owns the game on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
Recall that The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt tells the story of the monster hunter Geralt, who went in search of the Child of Destiny, capable of saving the world. The plot of the game series is based on the universe of books about the witcher by Polish writer Andrzej Sapkowski.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released on May 19, 2015.
