Tomorrow in Milan, the official premiere of the latest Lexus LBX crossover should take place, but today an image of the novelty has appeared on the Web.
Lexus LBX will be built on the GA-B platform, like the Toyota Yaris Cross. The dimensions will be similar (length – about 4.2 m), the power plants, apparently, are completely the same, but Lexus has its own body and design.
This is the latest Lexus LBX.
The base LBX will be a hybrid with a 1.5-liter gasoline engine, an electric motor and an eCVT variator. The top version will also have all-wheel drive – due to the E-Four system with an electric motor on the rear axle. Lexus LBX is focused on the European market, which is why the premiere will take place in Italy.
In general, Lexus will have a very busy next week: after the LBX, they will introduce a large TX crossover and a new generation GX frame SUV .
